Donnell Shiflett onwner/operator since 1965 is now retired but cant seem to get away from the bikes, Donnell has put his whole life into the shop and his family. Donnell states he has raced sideways farther then most have been in a straight line. And he still can!

Bart Shiflett owner/operator has been around the shop since he was born. Bart has a long history in racing and is well known is the racing community, you will always find him at the track just about every weekend with his boys.




Tony Yager (F&I director) has been with us for 3 yrs. Tony has been ridng motorcycles since he was 5. Honda big wheel 50 was his first bike. Like many, the passion grew from there. Donnell's offers the best in financing, from the manufacturers to some of our local banks. We also have protection for your new investment such as extended warranties, tire and wheel, and gap. Tim Sickel (Parts Manager) has been with us for 35 yrs. Tim has resources from many manufacturers to help out with your apparel or parts. Our parts department has been recongized by Honda and Suzuki for outstanding District Leader for Parts and Accessories. Tim has been an asset for Donnell's for years looking to help with your parts, accessories or just a cup of coffee. Come in and visit our OEM Suzuki and Honda parts department.
Mike Pena (Parts) has been here for 4 yrs now. Mike has had the privilege of Tim, Greg, Stew, and Larry to make him one of the best parts advisers in the Kansas City area. Mike along with Tim have recieved awards from Honda and Suzuki for District Leader in Parts and Accessories. Mike races vintage motorcross and enjoys helping others with their parts or gear to get back on the track. Come in to Donnell's and let Mike help you with your new helmet or fix you up with your vintage parts.
Kyle Mitchell (Parts & Service) has been with us for 2yrs. Kyle has been racing motorcross since he was 4. Kyle has the privilege of learning form the best, Greg, Larry, and Stew and they all say he is a quick study.
Stew Basye (Service) has been here for 21 yrs and been turning wrenches on motorcycles for 39 yrs. Stew has received the Super Service Excellence Award form Suzuki for the past 21yrs. He has been on the cutting edge of service and is a great reason to have your service work completed here at Donnell's. Stew is one of the best mechanics in this area and is ready to service your motorcycle or ATV. Come in and visit Stew and our award winning service department.
Larry James (Service) has been here for 20 yrs. Working on motorcycles for 39 yrs. Larry is well know for his ability to build race engines and has a past in drag racing motorcycles. He is one of the best in this area and there is nothing he can't do. Larry has received the Super Service Excellence award from Suzuki for 20 years. The manufacturer's have utilized Larry's knowledge, and you can to. Let our award winning service department service your motorcycle or ATV.

Kenny Farmer (Sales), his experience is priceless for new and established riders. In 1970 Kenny and his father purchased his first motorcycle from Donnell's, WOW Mom sure was happy. The passion grew out of control. After a short stay with Donnell's in 1972 to 1976, he moved to California to pursue a road racing career. In 1976 he landed on top of the power sports scene. He worked at the dealership level from 1976-1983, during that time he married his wife, Kay of 32 years. In 1985 he moved back to the Kansas City area and managed a local dealership for 17 years. During that time receiving numerous awards for innovative and first class customer relations. In 2006 Kenny finally made his way home to Donnell's. The motorcycling adventures continue, now with his two boys Jarred and Jesse, and soon his grand kids Tucker & Tanner. The fun will never end, Kenny states. Greg McGuire (Servie Director) Greg has been riding motorcycles since he was very young. Through the years Greg has owned Suzuki trail hoppers to Honda Goldwings. Greg has been a service manager for a local dealer for 20 yrs and now as Donnell's Service Director. Our service department is clearly to be envied though out the Kansas City area. Greg has been recognized from Honda for his excellence in Honda service, receiveing the Red Level Award. This is truly the best reason to have your Honda and Suzuki serviced here at Donnell's Motorcycle. Greg can't imagine doing anything else. Motorcyclist and ATV folks are the best in the world he claims. So come on in and enjoy the first class award winning serivice department.
Richard Woten (Service Advisor). Richard started riding motorcycles at the age of 4 on a Honda Mini-Trail Z50 and has been riding and racing motorcycles for 39 years. He currently races vintage motorcross in the Missouri Vintage MX series and road races Great Plains region of the cup series. Richard grew up in his family's Honda motorcycle dealership and owned and managed the dealership in his home town for over 15 years. Richard is our Service Advisor and brings a unique perspective in helping customers with their service needs. He comes to us with a vast knowledge of Honda products and Honda Heritage.
Taryn Shiflett aka (cat-box-dog-sweeper-payroll girl-daddy's girl-shop foreman-grannies little helper) almost forgot employee of the year!
